welcome to the Macclesfield and District Riding Club web site.

Macclesfield and District Riding Club, MDRC or Macc riding club as it is known to most, is a friendly local club that welcomes everyone from absolute beginners to the more experienced rider.

We like to think we can offer the real beginner somewhere to come and compete in Showing, Equitation, Working Hunter and Showjumping.

We are happy to talk you though the rules and operations of the different events and everyone is very understanding. Don’t worry if you have never entered anything before just come along, see how it works and have a go!

For the more experienced we can offer Show Jumping up to 3’6” for the Open class and in Working Hunter there are both Intermediate and Open classes. All of these and many more (we offer over 45 classes per show) are in the schedule, click on and have a browse.

Come along and enjoy yourself.
